Bekebi Resources Limited delivers pipeline community relations and pipeline surveillance services to oil and gas operators across Nigeria, and offers EPCI, pipeline installation, corrosion control, and environmental restoration services to the same industry. A wholly Nigerian company founded in 2011 and based in Port Harcourt, it works closely with the communities along pipeline routes so that operators can build, run and protect their pipelines with fewer disruptions, from the Niger Delta to the rest of the country.

Where are you based, and where do you work?
Our head office is in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. We serve operators across the Niger Delta, Lagos, Abuja and the rest of Nigeria.

Why does community relations matter for a pipeline project?
In Nigeria's oil and gas industry, no pipeline project or right-of-way stays open without the goodwill of its host communities. We help operators build and keep that social licence by facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, resolving grievances before they escalate, and supporting Memoranda of Understanding and right-of-way access agreements.
How does your pipeline surveillance work?
We combine trained surveillance personnel with community-based intelligence. Our teams patrol rights-of-way, detect and report encroachment, vandalism and illegal tapping, escalate incidents to operator control rooms, and coordinate with operator security functions and the relevant authorities.
Why use surveillance teams from host communities?
Teams drawn from and trusted by host communities see and hear what outside teams miss. An operator with a good relationship along the route gets earlier warning and faster resolution when something goes wrong.
Can Bekebi take a project from design to commissioning?
Our EPCI offering covers the full project chain: engineering design, procurement, construction and fabrication, installation, and commissioning support. It is built on three commitments: recognised Nigerian and international codes and standards, safety as a non-negotiable condition of work, and transparent reporting.
