About Us

From our head office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, we provide pipeline community relations and pipeline surveillance services to oil and gas operators across the Niger Delta, Lagos, Abuja and the rest of Nigeria. These are our established service areas, and both rest on one strength: our relationship with the host communities that pipelines pass through.

In community relations, we work at the interface between operators and the communities along their pipeline routes. We identify and map stakeholders; engage traditional rulers, youth bodies, landowners and community development committees; resolve grievances before they escalate; and support the Memoranda of Understanding and right-of-way access agreements that keep lines running. The result is the social licence operators need to build, run and maintain pipelines safely and without disruption.

Our pipeline surveillance grows out of that same relationship. Trained surveillance personnel, drawn from and trusted by host communities, patrol rights-of-way, detect and report encroachment, vandalism and illegal tapping, and escalate incidents to operator control rooms. Because they see and hear what outside teams miss, operators get earlier warning and faster resolution when something goes wrong.

Alongside these, we offer EPCI, pipeline and flowline installation, corrosion prevention and control, and environmental restoration services to the same industry. Our EPCI offering is built on three commitments: recognised Nigerian and international codes and standards, safety as a non-negotiable condition of work, and transparent reporting so clients always know where their project stands.
