In Nigeria's oil and gas industry, no pipeline project or right-of-way stays open without the goodwill of its host communities. Bekebi Resources Limited provides pipeline community relations and stakeholder engagement services that help operators build and maintain the social licence they need to construct, operate, and maintain pipelines safely and without disruption.
We have worked at the interface between operators and communities along pipeline routes: facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, resolving grievances before they escalate, and supporting the agreements and engagement structures that keep lines running. Our team understands the local terrain, the traditional institutions, and the sensitivities involved, and we bring that understanding to every engagement.
Our pipeline community relations work includes:
- Stakeholder identification and mapping along pipeline routes and rights-of-way
- Engagement with traditional rulers, youth bodies, landowners, and community development committees
- Grievance management and dispute resolution support
- Communication between project and operations teams and host communities
